Hi the maintance request was completed within a few hours. They addressed my repairs throughly and respectivly. I very happy, feel safe and well taken care of here at the Castaic Lake Senior Village. I'm so glad me and my Emotional Support Pet choose this great area and environment.

I've lived here for a year and a half and like it very much. Apt is in excellent condition with ample storage and the property is well-kept. I love sitting out on my patio and the pool and hot tub are great. It's peaceful and I have everything I need.

Plans are misleading. I'm in a 2 bedroom with no room for a kitchen table. There's a retaining wall on some apts. Elevator goes out often, no rec room. Weekends lobby amenities are closed. Homeless people all around. The are often let in by residents..
Also ,pictures are misleading.
I also saw in a review, that there are bed bugs. I haven't experienced those. However, we have cockroaches.
Also I don't know where they got the picture of the large swimming pool? It's not here. You have to pay for bbq, and pool table. That's all they have as amenities.

No parking space for seniors unless disabled. No dishwasher or room for a kitchen table. Says a Senior Apartment, but all ages of people are there.
Rent goes up annually. All rooms are small.

Great service. Fast and efficient. My toilet tank wouldn’t stop flushing and needed a part. And my seat was loose and needed tightened. Mark came quickly and fixed both problems in a jiffy. Thanks Mark at Castaic Senior Facility
