Went to drop off a HUGE donation! Needed to take a photo with our items for community service credit. Employee told us we weren’t allowed to sit on the bumper of our car and take ANY photos on their property! Mind you, the items were still INSIDE our vehicle and he said we weren’t allowed to take a photo since we were on their property! Crazy! No signs or anything stating that…we’ve done it before and have done it at multiple locations! Never been an issue! Super rude….we left & another organization gladly took our donation plus allowed photos!

Newly updated, pretty clean and stocked. Haven't met a single employee who isn't kind or helpful and easily approachable. Fair prices and I always leave more than I plan on lol

I’ve only been to this location twice over the years. Both times, they are “full” and can’t take any more donations. What’s the point of a donation center if it’s consistently at capacity? I end up going to a donation center in Canyon Country which never has any issues.

Would not accept three suits, several pairs of khaki pants, dress and polo shirts after I drove from Castaic. Would not even look at the condition of the washed, folded, and hanging garments.

Helpful employees. They also have cards to will your stuff from your car to their building and they will load them for you as well. Better than the Goodwill Center on Bouquet Canyon.

I'm hesitant to write a review because this is the only Goodwill in the valley that isn't perpetually full, but there it is. If you're looking for friendly service that almost always has room to accept donation, this is the place.

I only give my donations to this center. It is always clean and organized. The employees are all very nice!

One of the larger locations can drop off most anything just be sure before New Year's you drop your clothing 3 weeks before
I tried to drop a bag of clothing off the week of New Year's Eve they were not accepting any more clothing
