My son and I found our precious baby kitty here. She could not be any more amazing and a perfect addition to our family. We were lucky and decided to adopt during a month when all adoption fees were waived. Plus they gave her the first round of shots plus a voucher for a free exam at another Vets office and a free second round of shots. I have adopted all my animals from this Shelter and have always had a great experience. It is just so sad to see how many dogs and cats end up there and are left behind and forgotten. Please please please adopt whenever possible from this shelter don’t shop through private sellers these little cuties need some loving!

We called on Saturday sept 21 at 11:45 am about an incident with our neighbors dog. They said an officer would be out to our house. So we waited all day and called back in the evening and she said oh it looks like his truck broke down thats why he never showed up. So we asked if they work on Sundays she said yes you’re still on the list to have an officer out. So Sunday morning we wait and no one showed up. So I call again around 11:30 am And the same lady said it’s still an open call. We have your number he will call before going. And it’s now Monday almost 6pm and we haven’t heard anything. We have a ring camera so we know no one has showed up without us knowing. So I guess our concern just isn’t important to them.

We end up trying to give them some kittens with the mother, since no one in the neighborhood claimed them but they just told me they’re part of wild life and if we do surrender them. They will just put them down no remorse or sympathy just there for the money.

Really nice people, super helpful. The place is really clean and the dogs and cats are healthy. No stress. Gorgeous animals. Treasure tucked away, worth visiting. If your an animal lover, you will fall in love with these animals.

So many lost and unwanted pets. Staff are doing what they can, but it’s over crowded and overwhelming. They need help! Need more employees, more money put into this shelter. And more spay and neuter clinics!

Wonderful Service!

We found a stray who was reportedly running loose for two weeks. He was not neutered, had no chip, and no license. We were told that the best way to handle this matter was to take him here to the shelter. We did that the next day. Five days later we picked up our new housemate who had been neutered, chipped, vaccinated, and provided with flea resistance. He was so happy to see us and we were happy to see him. We weren't even looking for another dog to add along with our sweet Chihuahua but our new dog had other plans!

You're probably wondering what we named him. It's "Hey You!" because he tried to chew my big toe the first night he was with us.

When we try to call to ask for some info about to check our dog that fckkng answermachine just send stuppid options and no send to somebody to assist for cuestions!!!.. if i can rate whit a CERO stars i do but is not option.. this service is the worst!!!!!.

Danielle had a very HUGE OPINION about how it was weird that I was calling regarding an incident where my dog was killed and was told to wait for a response and when I called about it today she told me it was “WEIRD” that I was calling about something so old when it happened Late September of last year. I do not appreciate her holding this opinion when we were specifically told by Deputy Garcia that the animal shelter would be reaching out to us about an investigation regarding my neighbors killing my dog. This place is very unprofessional and unwilling to help people in regarding these kind of cases. Danielle, you will be hearing from me consistently from now on.
