The counselors are awesome here!!! That front desk girl, the fat one with messed up teeth, RUDE!! For somewhere trying to help out they have horrible front desk. It’s sad really. They seriously need to let her go. So unprofessional and rude. Gave me the hardest time and was so impolite. That girl needs to be fired.

This place is suppose to help people. Get them on the right track.. however, they have zero compassion and are extremely unhelpful. You can tell they are just there for a paycheck. These girls shouldn’t have a job at a place like this, if you aren’t passionate about helping others. They say one thing and do another. I asked if they could process my enrollment with the DMV on the same day; I was told that wasn’t typical but they would get it done. The next day, they still had not done it. I called to ask about it an they gave me horrible attitude stating it won’t be until next week and went on an on about about things that really are not of my concern and being super negitive with me. Ya know- honestly goes a long way. When I asked if it was possible to process it the same day, they could of simply said NO. Instead they said yes and got mad at me when I expected them to keep their word. I see alot of bad reviews about the girl that’s in the front. I wonder why nothing ever gets done about her?

I would give 5 stars, but I was charged extra for some things that were miscommunicated. Other than that, most the dui class instructors are cool, they definitely engage in real and interesting topics as far as getting your life straight. It’s a very welcoming environment (with the instructors anyway, some of the front desk staff were kinda rude but you only deal with them every so often), participation is encouraged in groups, and one could definitely gain a lot of knowledge and insight from others expressed experiences. Overall, I took a lot from these classes, and I absolutely do not intend on getting another dui! Also, as for dui instructors, I HIGHLY recommend and would love to show my gratitude to Patrick, Sharon, and Manuel! They are very understanding, nice, & cool instructors who made the time go by faster in the classes. They really care about what you have going on and they could relate to a good amount of situations, so you wont feel too out of your comfort zone. Most the students are decent too! I actually had a great and knowledgeable experience within these classes! Thank you!

The counselors are pretty good, but EDNA at the front desk
Is a disgusting human . Never once has been nice she gets off on having an attitude and ruining people’s days
I wish they would fire her
I guarantee all the bad reviews about the staff is bc of her
Horrible person must have a horrible life and gets cheated on and takes it out on everyone else any chance she can. I’d hate life if I was her too though
I’m editing my review to tell you how petty she is
She waited until she saw me again over a week later to read me my review out loud in the office laughing probably to the manager 😹 but if she’s stewed on it that long and had to do that in front of me, obviously it got to her

I LOVE this place! If I would have known how stellar this program was I would have started racking up DUI's YEARS AGO. No more avoiding road blocks for me. So expensive, but worth every penny. Alcoholism is the cats pajamas!

I would recommend another place for the amount you have to pay out of pocket they do not try to help unless you come remind them to do their job. Completed the program and waited two weeks before going to the DMV and when I went nothing had been sent over and my file was just sitting in a cabinet while the front desk people where just sitting around talking about what they going to eat for lunch at 10 a.m. be serious
