DCFS does not look out for the best interest of the kids. The workers act like they get a bonus for placing them in foster care or with "legal gaurdians". You can jump through all their hoops and it does not matter. The workers wait until your case is closed to suggest things that should have been put in place since the beginning. Mental health is seen as an issue worse than drug abuse. Another failed system.

Hello, my name is Danielle Crawford. I am or would like to file a complaint against DCFS. March 16th, 2022 a social worker was sent out to my home for some allegations made against me for my 2 year old daughter. I invited this lady that I don't know at all. She came inside my home and insulted me. I didn't appreciate it. I reached out to managers and supervisors. I wasn't accommodated. It was thrown under the rug. There is more to this story. DCFS caused me allot of emotional distress. The worker tried I don't feel safe at my home anymore. I have bad anxiety, and I can't sleep at night. I am now facing depression due to this situation. I am seeking for help. I have a story to tell and might can be an advocate for other women that might face these battles.

I had a CACI GRIEVANCE HEARING 7 MONTHS AGO TO CHALLENGE THE AGENCY'S LISTING OF MY GOOD NAME AND THE AGENCY HAS NOT EVEN PROVIDED ME WITH A WRITTEN DECISION YET TO EITHER REMOVE MY GOOD NAME FROM THE REGISTRY OR NOT REMOVE MY NAME AND THE COUNTYS POLICY SAYS THE COUNTY MUST RENDER A DECISION WITHIN 30 DAYS PER DCFS POLICY. WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF DCFS HAVING A POLICY IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN THERE OWN SOCIAL WORKERS AND OFFICER'S DON'T EVEN FOLLOW IT. By the way, we are now in the year 2024, and I'm still waiting for a decision. I had to file an appeal because they denied removing my name, and they didn't even have any evidence of anything. By the way, it wasn't even my DCFS case. I even had an attorney for the grievance hearing and had to file an appeal . I'm still waiting for a decision, and it's been almost three years. And still waiting 2024.

The only employee that has been willing to answer my calls was Brian the receptionist. He was amazing! I’ve called and left voicemails, and was transferred and finally got a social worker on the line and the call was disconnected. Brian is by far the only person there that seems to care about customer service.

They give false urine test. And take your kids away. They are wrong. It takes money to make money. If i was smart and had money I would sue them. Nobody took care of my kids better than me. They have been sick and they are and look depressed. My grandson has been in Ermergency Room twice in one month. Before they took them on a lie and when i had them in my custody they were never sick now they have colds. Cough and asthma.

The system is a horrible place yes. But truthfully people need to think about the children who are exposed to abuse and neglect. The ones who cannot speak up for themselces. That's the job that these people face everyday. Trying to decipher weather or not they need to step in and help these children. I have had no problems with staff or workers. No false positive drug tests, classes completed and positive monitored visits.

These people are frauds!!! They deserve zero stars. They are so unprofessional and they never answer phone calls or reply to text messages. Erica grey is a miserable fat good for nothing supervisor. So ignorant and unprofessional. These people need to get reported to higher authorities. They lie about everything and get away with it.

They deserve no stars for the way they have treated me throughout this entire case. Connie Kim and Dima Hernandez has poorly handled my case. My daughter has witnessed domestic violence because her deadbeat dad had beaten me in front of her numerous times and when dcfs got involved, they treat me as if I'm the perpetrator. He does not work to avoid paying child support and why would he feel the need to if dcfs grants him visit regardless if child support is being paid or not. I've completed all my classes and done everything that is asked of me. He has not completed his classes and despite my daughters therapist showing great concern for my child's well being under his care, they still grant him more and more hours. I have a restraining order against him so he decided to send his 16yr old daughter to come after me. His sister is supposed to be there during pick up and drop offs but instead he's been sending his girlfriend and daughter. She tried to fight me in front of my daughter cussing and trying to get physical with me and I called the cops and dcfs claims it will be under investigation. I have contacted police dept and it is a lie. They have done nothing. No investigation is being made. My daughter is forced to go with them. They can't provide a loving home for her because they are all violent by nature. Dcfs does not care about the well being of my child nor do they care about our safety.
