The League of Women Voters of Greater Tuscaloosa has always been exceptionally active in voter services. It also studies important issues in the city and county, such as library services, local development (or overdevelopment) and other matters. Great group, it has a lot of respect from leaders in the area.

I joined the League more than 20 yrs. ago & have enjoyed friendships with many women who I would probably never have met before. I have been involved in voter registration events, legislative forums and social activities with these ladies ever since. I cannot say enough about the benefits of League membership and our local activities to inform the public on many important issues.
