He gave FOUR teachings that he urged everyone to follow:
1. Whatever happens, never forget Naam (Name Divine).
2. Whatever happens, accept it and keep thanking God. We don't understand many things and Beloved Lord wants to educate us in His own way. You may cry and weep but whatever has to happen, will happen.
3. Bring a smile to the face of someone who is disappointed with life. Why are we here? We are here to help each other.

Don't follow the Google picture ! You'll never find it. Go to Sadhu Vaswani : Instagram and you can follow a video clip that shows you that it's at the back of a nursery called 'Little Lamps'. Go through the gates by its sign. Head towards the white doors at the far end of the car park. After entering turn right past the kitchens, and you will find a small cloakroom near the Temple space where you can hang your coat and store your shoes. After l've posted this review l'm loing to edit the address so it should make it easier to find. Next week I'll post photos. Join us to experience the calm, peaceful and loving Twin hearts meditation that will help you refocus on what's important in your life. Award yourself time and space to explore the true meaning of the words compassion, forgiveness, love, self love, healing and giving to others. We aim to bring out the best of ourselves, the best in others, our community and the wider world. We can't change things overnight or even in a year but by more and more of visiting and revisiting the intention to change ourselves,our viewpoint of what happens around us we can definitely make a difference. One hour every Saturday from 11 to midday you too can help crrate that difference for yourself and your loved ones. lts not a gloriously fancy room and it's not overly religious in presentation. It's warmth and welcome is generated by the people in it and their common purpose. The seats are comfortable, the room light and airy. Bring bottled water with you if yiurey staying for healing afterwards which you should try to book 24 hrs ahead through the Meetup group or the UK Pranic Healing website.
