After using Senior Care Authority a few years ago with excellent results, we recently returned to the SCA Team when we needed their services again. After giving them our new target specifications, they provided a list of about a dozen possible facilities in San Diego. On reviewing the list, we tightened our specifications and received a second improved list. As we were interested in cost, room size, and medicine management, they provided all that information on the available rooms that met our specifications. With all this at hand, it was easy to make our choice.

I'm not sure where to start. So many good experiences from the very first contact until the final placement of my sister. There is no possible way I could have maneuvered through finding the right place on my own. I happen to be 3,000 miles away from San Diego but Caselle and her team made me feel completely at ease. I was in good hands from the start.

I started with a place for mom. That was not a good experience. When I spoke with Caselle the first time and explained what I was looking for I received a complete list of choices within 24 hours that matched my wishes, including pricing and website links to each facility.

They walked me through each choice we had and finally ended up with the best one for my sister. She is so happy where she is. This is a difficult process for family members making this type of move for a loved one. Without any hesitation I highly recommend SCA of San Diego. you will have no better advocate and will be in very caring and extremely knowledgeable hands.
