Very interesting. The service they provide is basically for the family and mainly the kids that are going through hard times, also juveniles that have been in trouble with the law. The assigned social worker was very informative and very thorough about the different programs as far as individual and group counseling goes. They are a government funded agency and the counseling is free. The "interview" lasts about an hour depending on how many children you have and need to be counseled. The atmosphere is almost home like without the comforts of home. It's very quiet and neat and clean. The employees are super friendly and warm welcomed too. I was very satisfied and impressed with the whole aspect of the place. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease. Definite 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been trying to enroll in their services for weeks, I find the process to be extremely unprofessional, and the staff treat you like you're not entitled to service. As if you're not a customer, I'm considering looking elsewhere.

They dont have anymore resources 'and if they do it's only for vista residents 'dont know why other agency's referred me there if I live in DC different zip code
