I've had lunch here with my friend a few times. They charge $5.00 for a non-senior admission fee for the daily lunch. The center can make known as to who DONATED the food, and the large full service cafeteria kitchen isn't allowed to cook the food, but only to keep it warm until served. If you would like seconds, then they suggest you bring your own small plastic container for take out afterward by request.

The Carlsbad Village Senior Center is a true gem in the community, offering so much to enrich and better the lives of its members. From fun and creative activities like ukulele lessons to invaluable resources like access to legal advice, the center provides something for everyone. The staff (especially Haley) and volunteers go above and beyond to make sure each person feels welcomed and supported. They’ve truly made a difference in the lives of so many, fostering a sense of community, learning, and connection. I’m incredibly grateful for all they do!

A lovely bridge game. There were 14 tables the day we played. Nice players. Ida is a great director. Snacks provided. We will surely go back.

I am so happy with the AARP Tax volunteers! WOW! What an amazing group of people.....friendly, accommodating, takes time with you if needed & so knowledgeable! The facility itself is very, very clean & am now noticing so many things to do! Once again, WOW!

NOT just a bunch of "old" people. Altho, some are. But, at least they're out of their house, doing stuff, engaging other people.
Turn off your TV and go do something. These folks have some interesting tales. Come in and they'll prove it to you.

Really welcoming staff and fellow seniors. Front desk and transportation director were totally patient and did everything to help us sign up and arrange transportation. Loved the interior outside patio and outside options with the park right outside.
