Update 2024
This facility is not that bad, I used the one in Broward and it was worst. So I’m going to give this experience a two star instead of one.

I can honestly say these people in Mission United are all talk and no walk. I contacted them for some veteran help after the hurricane and they never followed up with me. I had to go to their brand new
office and complete a huge form that they could have sent me via email before going to their location. After taking 20 min to complete the form I had to talk with two of their representatives that were very professional and helpful but never care to follow up and find out if my issues were solved. I don’t know if maybe they lost my number but the lack of follow up interaction it is concerning since these people state they are looking to help veterans in need. I think my rating reflects the positives because they are not all negatives. And by the way, how come they don’t have jobs available for veterans in need? Sometimes all the veteran needs is a job to solve all their issues! Good idea but horrible execution! One more thing, they don’t work on the holidays. because we all know veterans issues take a break for holidays!! Don’t waste your time Vets I think they purchased all those reviews. If I’m wrong please United give me a list of veterans you helped this year and you didn’t ignored like you did to me. I would erase this review if you can prove me wrong!!!! Hello United Way from Mission United. I was hoping you gave me the list of veterans, nothing yet!

I'm a single mom who found in United a real home because my baby and me were alone and they have provided us wellness and protection. I'm grateful about that!

Wow. I e heard they are supporting a group called Peers In Action by hosting support groups for mental health. Great, but, in this group, you must be pro medication even if you feel it’s for e harm to you.

I think they are funded by pharmaceutical companies. Ugh.

Shocking.
