I couldn’t be more happy to see and experience by how fantastic the instructors and management/owner ship is there at the Compass. Plus seeing how wonderful the disabled adults are being treated and cared for by the instructors, shows why they are so happy to be there every day for help and Assistance in life.

this place isn't good place at all alot of the employees are lairs and the owner Richard just cares about the money and that's it he doesn't care about the consumers at all and when there's a problem he doesn't do anything about it and doesn't care and is No help and he just listens to the employees and that's it I think its time for Richard to retire I dont think he cares about his job at all anymore like he used too. long time ago he was very helpful and really cared but not anymore this place has gone downhill

Absolute garbage what they have going on, they treat their employees like they're easily replaceable, if you happen to be pregnant, they will give you the more aggressive clients, they don't care If your baby gets hurt, they are terrible people.
