3 Way Thrift Store - Chino, California

I used to love this thrift store, but the prices have become outrageous. I remember coming here to buy shoes and dresses, but now the prices are so high I would rather buy from Target or Amazon for the same price.
I wanted a pair of slippers and they were 60 dollars! The same ones were $40 on Amazon brand new!
For a supposedly “Christian store” this place is a fraud and scamming people over goods they got for free. I’m so disappointed in this store and won’t be going back.

My wife and I love going to the thrift store just to shop. We love that we can shop without breaking the bank. In fact, we tend to go almost every Saturday. We love 3-Way except for their RUDE manager, Lisa. If it were not for her, I would rate 5 Stars, not 2.

She was so rude to me that I stopped going for almost a year. For example, I am diabetic and every once in a while I really need to use the facilities. She refused to allow me to use them, so I found another employee who understood my dilemma. C'mon! I thought it was illegal to not have restrooms available to customers. Hmm!

The straw that broke the camel's back was when I asked if a price was correct. She got VERY snooty with me, like I was trying to rip them off. REALLY?

(My wife is making me go again, even though I am still quite "salty" over this.)

By the way, we had excellent service from a sales associate named Savannah. She was very helpful and pleasant. Maybe they should consider her for the manager role. If so, I am sure more people would shop there.

Furniture drop off is by far the best. As soon as you pull up Sergio and David come RIGTH out with a cart and unload your vehicle. Good job guys being so helpful and courteous!

I love 3 way thrift!!!! I've been shopping here for almost 20 years and found so many wonderful finds from furniture, books, housewares, clothing. The only thing that's a drawback is during covid they closed the dressing room and restrooms and never reopened them. This is my fav thrift spot in the IE. I take all my donations here.

yep. this place is great. i have only been here 3 times, but still goin strong. their media selection is decent. and yes this place is very dirty cuz its been in business since 1994 but wat ya gunna do. its next to a mental hospital my brother went to once. but thats not important now. VERY awsome pricing. they have sales on 2 colar tags at once. there religous too. so they have a lot of VeggieTales vhs. sooo many grat deales. you should head on over there sometimes. i know its filthy. but "believe" us. its great.

The store staff are always polite and friendly. The book lady is super sweet. This store ruins a lot of items with the way they attach the tags to delicate clothes. They just aren’t going to change no matter how much $$ they lose by putting holes and tears into silks. The donation guys are sullen at best, so I no longer donate here. Prices are up but it’s still possible to find good deals here and there. Much of the clientele don’t care about personal space or customary social manners so lower your expectations. Still, I recommend as an adventure.

What a unique place. Felt like a thrift store and the comfort of a yard sale all in one! Great variety of things and finds. What an array of furniture! Good prices too.
