Ray the installer of our stairlift was a true technician in his business. On time. Which is a 10+ in my book. Very neat clean respected your property. Another plus when he was finished installing the lift he made sure I understood how to use the lift in every aspect there was. A very good reliable chair

Eli and Rusty were really friendly from the time they walked in the door. They worked quietly and efficiently and were done in the time they specified when they arrived. The chair lift works smoothly and Eli and Rusty patiently gave me explicit instructions on how to operate the lift.

Once we determined we needed a stair lift for my wife's mother who lives with us, we got quotes from 3 different companies (we are in the bay area, but we extended our search to include Sacramento.)

101 Mobility were at the top of their game in terms of experience and expertise (a minimum requirement with such an expensive purchase.) So it seemed were the other companies as far as I could tell. However, 101 Mobility totally knocked the others out of contention with their price for the Bruno Elite Curved Stair Lift. I was so glad I researched and asked for multiple quotes.

101 Mobility is a smaller company but not in service or quality. Highly recommended. Installation was completed in 1/2 day and it was a complex double step mid-landing stair with two 90 degree and two 180 degree turns. Bruno product is excellent, by the way. You get what you pay for.

My mother-in-law was using the lift that very afternoon!

I highly recommend 101 Mobility of Concord (and Sacramento.)

UPDATE FEB, 2025.
Our mother-in-law's stair chair (see pics) continues to operate like a champ. Very satisfied. She uses it multiple times a day and has greatly improved her ability to be upstairs and down, which expands her world significantly.

In Jan, 2025, we contacted 101 Mobility for a general maintenance check since it has been two years since the unit was installed. It didn't have any issues, just figured it would be good to get a professional going over. Everything went smoothly, from the seamless contact and scheduling, to the professional check-up and general maintenance (greasing, checking for wear and tear, bolts for tightness, assembly/alignment, etc.) and payment. No issues were found.

Service and attention continues to shine with 101 Mobility.

The people were friendly and courteous and totally understanding to my needs. It only took a few hours to put the lift in and he had it running in no time. When completely through the instructions on how it works and even found a little boo boo the manufacturer made and will be back this week with some parts to fix it. Rusty is a good technician as well as a good overall person for teaching and understanding. The 101 mobility group of Concord has in my opinion a AAA rating.

Two men, Ray and Eli removed my two chairlifts in only 1 1/2 hours. They were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They vacuumed any dust that was left. Very good experience.

Rusty came out to install our chair lift. He was on time and got right to work. He was neat, cleaning up after. He was very informative regarding how the lift works and also explained the warranty.
